we already have but the people in government are taking us for ride!! you pay alot of money for anything then you get no services apart from ranting idiots spending our money to see obama and buy expensive cars and they arent taxed. while we have millions of people living under .50$ per day. other dont have food and am tired of seeing guys getting 8000$ per month tax free while majority earns less than price of one person dish.

There are some people who dont know what poverty is all about. This issue came up sometime on a fleet of cars. Nothing has ever been done. Shame of you. God will punish all of you mean Ministers in Kenya

I hate the idea that government misuses taxpayers' money, especially now when millions are facing starvation and the government budget is said to be deep in the red. I have a strong suspicion that the billions of dollars set aside for hospitality are never fully used for the inteded purpose, but actually provide a soft area for embezzling. The silver lining is: the said commodities and services are local, and are thus creating and preserving jobs, in spite of the misuse and the embezzlement.
