Fallout 3 Glitch - MIRV (National Guard Bunker) access WITHOUT TRANSCRIPTS

On your way to the National Guard Bunker, which contains several mini nukes and the modified fatman, you come along a terminal where you need to enter an access code (obtained by finding all 5 Keller Family Transcripts).

HOWEVER: If you do not have the transcripts, this is how you can enter the bunker without them: go in third person view, crouch in front of the door and move all the way right (until you are almost under the terminal). Turn the camera around slowly until you see 'activate electrical switch' (which is located behind the door). Press action and you're in the bunker without having to find all the transcripts.

All you have to do to do this with a dog, just click search on the dog, then click wait for 12 hours and if the dog isn;t inside, try it again, till he finds himself inside wait for 24 hours, keep doing this till he grabs the experimental mirv, Thats what I did, lol... it's rather boring, but I did this quite a few years ago.
