Any chance of posting the b-side? It's much better and more representative - and just hard to come by.

@olddude521 You've got it backwards; this was cut long before Blue Cheer cut 'Summertime Blues', which was a cover anyhow.

Carol Records. Local Cincinnati label, a few weeks prior to signing to "Kama Sutra-Buddah" ... The Lemon Pipers won a "Battle Of The Bands" contest from all of the groups out of Ohio, The boys had won several local shows, and when they won the state Battle of the Bands, they signed to Carol Records, which opened the door to Buddah...

Just bought a copy of this the other day in a box of vinyl goodies from an estate sale. I'd never heard it before. This fucker rocks! Hard to believe this is the same group that recorded Green Tambourine.

I loved "Quiet Please"and I really loved the B-side song "Monaural 78". It even had a kazoo in it... Lol! The guitar work was smooth and great. Does anyone know if these songs have ever been put on cd? I would love to have them. The Lemon Pipers were awesome as far as I'm concerned...!!!
