Courtesy of Newswise MedNews. Nearly every child who receives an antipsychotic medicine is first prescribed a second-generation, or atypical drug. However, there has never been evidence that these drugs are more effective than the older, first-generation medications. A study from the UNC School of Medicine has found that the first-generation drugs are as effective and, compared to one atypical drug, safer. Study participant Brandon Constantineau, his mother Darlene Wilson and Dr. Lin Sikich discuss schizophrenia and the study that showed older drugs are sometimes safer than, and work as well as, newer ones. http://newswise.com/articles/view/544259/

  • What kind of sick maniacs give CHILDREN these

    brain-damaging toxins?

    SHAME on you.

  • First generration neuroleptics are made from the INSECTICIDE phenothiazine because psychiatrists wanted to isolate the part of the molecule that causes "zombie-like effects" to "pacify asylum inmates."

The pysychiatric drugs are bullsh!t that torture and destroy people's brains.

    Psychiatrists are psychopaths.

    Trust NONE of them.

btw The Soviets tortured political prisoners with psych drugs.

Akathesia is not a side effect. It is the major effect.

    Google Akathesia.
