  • EXERCISE< EXERCISE< EXERCISE Boogie controlling your eating is the start but it comes full circle when you exercise as physical activity creates a desire to eat better, and not gorge on crap food.

  • You should have a treat for your birthday, but dude come on 8000 calories? You're gonna have to have more will power than that. A whole bunch of the 9 days you were good were erased in that one evening. Anyways hopefully its out of your system now and you can get back on track. I'm really hoping you succeed.

  • I eat around 1,700 calories a day. Do I have cheat days? Yea, around every once a month. 2 Months ago, cheat days did not exist.

  • I used to eat frozen pizzas and hot pockets and pasta salads everyday and i felt like shit liek i was gunna throw up all the time, so now im dieting and i feel great.

  • @AMC22227 actually swimming is perfect for very overweight people. the water carries most of the weight, and when you swim every single muscle is being used. gravity is not damaging your knees, ankles and other joints the same was as a treadmil

    if you weigh 550 pounds, using a treadmil is almost impossible. swimming would be much more effective and better for your joints. imagine how hard it is for your knees to carry 550pounds just a few min. you dont do that in the water

  • boogie, one thing you need is 7 small meals rather than 3 bigs ones, for breakfast, have an energy bar or a muesli bar, rather than pancakes and french toast.

    Lunch: an apple or a banana, an orange maybe so you get vitamins.

    Dinner, little bit of pork and maybe a light caeser salad, and put the sauces on the side so you dont use em unless you absolutely need them. GOOD LUCK!

  • your so inspirational im battling the same "eating to feel better" thing along with mild depression and boooy is it hard. Its so nice (not in a mean way) to see that other people are going through the same feelings and doubt and that your not alone in feeling this way.

    great job..now im going to go and watch the rest :)

  • hey bud try having fequent snacks every 3 hours and make SURE thst there high in protein high in fiber fruit is good any vegetables, and if u eat healthy and eat every 3 hrs ull lose weight relly fast. because if u eat a small amount of good food evry 3 hrd then ur motabilism increses hence u burn more fat, and if ur esting low fatty foods (not waffles) then u wont have any fat to burn exept for the fat already on, thats how u can lose weight fast and not go through the day starving
