Basically this Video shows you how to make an Anti Hacker or (Hacker proof) Network Windows Firewall 100% safe! I have also tested this working on Router also only just using a Modem. Even if Ports are open you are still safe with this Firewall Policy!!!!
If you have a Trojan or Backdoor on your PC, with the right Firewall Rules will not work. So any Reverse TCP Connections will Fail and standard Connections also!

A very good Firewall needs to block Inbound Connections and Outbound Connections, Windows 7 Firewall has a Great Firewall. But you will need to Install Windows Firewall Control!!!!
