@ineptum Yes! I have. Sadly they insist I send them board back to them "for analysis or replacement". I am worried that they will "lose" it because they obviously haven't taken a liking to me, or the circumstances of this. I'm being a little stubborn since it was an OBF (Out of Box Failure) and work for a manufacturing company where we replace products that don't work out of the box. I spoke to RobotShop from the UK and they agreed that a replacement should have been sent out.
I've had a Robophilo for about 6 months and have not been able to connect to it to download the motion file - I've never been able to do this. Robophilo corporate is being very unhelpful and uncooperative. Do you or anyone else think you can help me out??
@allanonmage it's pretty hard for them to see your problem if you don't send it back...
