@Fashionista430 no not really i just stayed on my reqimen neva skippin days it keeps the hair manaqable & easy to stretch. i quess i wear 3/4 wiqs and full wiqs as protective styles but thats it. i have vids on my reqimen

@rolet18 i dont sew them down as much as i use to i usualy just pin em down and every week i wash my hair & put it bac on
