Never sleep on the Pacific Rim, we did it once and it came back to bite us bad! Relations between Washington and Tokyo are great and highly friendly so in that regard we are good.

Mother nature didn't place a nuclear plant on the coastline of a landmass that is routinely hit with Tsunamis. People did that. Overzealous energy companies wanting to make a buck.
