overcommanding? I didn't hear one command, I just heard the handler calling the dog on and he did. A lot of dogs would grip out of fear or excitement. This dog kept his head cool and wasn't afraid to confront sheep. The dog did enough thinking on its own.
What would the dog have done by himself with sheep standing still, just lie there? Wow, that would have made an awesome film.
btw, you shouldn't be the one to complain about overcommanding, in your movies you do nothing but just that....
