If a normal healty person could be in a f1 car on a qualifying lap it could cause him to faint with all the g force and he would maybe shit himself when he is almost on a 100 mph corner and the car is still doing 190 with a few meters to go.

I daresay you are an idiot assuming you could get within 5% with a 'few days practice'.
The likes of Loeb race cars as a career. It is their job. They have honed the skill throughout most of their lives. On top of that, Loeb has his racing roots in circuit racing.
I can promise you, within a few laps your neck would be mush.
Don't underestimate just how tough driving a car that fast while being subjected to extreme forces actually is. Armchair races think it is easy.
