Very glossy, but the reality is somewhat different, sadly.
My mum is a resident here, and the staff are lovely and the environment nice.
But I think the activity coordinators must have left!
And the care staff struggle to ensure that all the residents eat their meals- my mum needs full assistance now. I have never seen the tables set like on this video! Although I think it would be hard on the dementia floor, I wonder if these high standards are maintained on the non-dementia floor.
