Does anybody know what happened at Riverside Market across the bridge in West Chesterfield? Did they have any flooding?

I'm so sorry to see my home town destroyed like this. Lived there from my birth in 1935 to 1954 when I went in the service, and have been back a few times since, but in all my years (76) I have never seen flooding like this, in this town or anywhere else in the state for that matter.
