Im having a problem.. as I'm clicking "sniffer" i can go ahead and Start sniffing.. Though the blue plus sign is unclickable.. just grey.. any ideas? Win7 64 bit

@RedBull554 Try clicking in the white area with the lines...that should make the plus sign visible...

when i try this, the password and username fields are just a bunch of numbers, do i have to use wireshark?

@blackdog5703 No, my friend. those numbers are uncracked passwords called hashes. From there you right-click them and click 'send to cracker' and then you crack them over the period of a few days and the program will eventually display the real password

Hey I Installed And When i open it Error Pops Up Saying "You Do Not Have The Permssions To open This File" Any Reason Why?

@iPlayyHD Yes before you click the file to install...right click it > properties > then check the box that says "run as administrator" problem solved

@jetthill Well, does the program have to be running for it to crack passwords, or is it cracking at all times?

when i do evrything you sad i stuck by "send to cracker" because when i do that, and go to cracker i can't find a file in there

also there is no number by the sniffer in the "LM hash" so

any idea what i do wrong

you reccomend this method be performed via an ethernet connection instead of a wireless. so if im trying to fool around after hours at school and see what the guy next door is doing on his laptop i should use an ethernet connection?

what i want to do is hack somebodies else password not the passwords on my computer.. but the password on their computer

Hey can somebody help me please??? I've done everything up to "send to cracker"....When I'm sniffing and I go to the passwords tab a lot of usernames/passwords show up but they don't have ANY HASHES!! All the boxes (NT, LM, etc) are blank so when I click "send to cracker" nothing happens....Someone help me please?

@TheCYNews After you send them to the cracker...highlight the hashes. Then I think you either right click them and choose brute force attack or dictionary attack (if dictionary you'll need to go download a dictionary file.) Or those options may be under tools or something like that. But you just choose your attack and start it and then just wait.
