The Austrian Winery Boom - A Wine and Architectural Miracle

While international star architects are designing wineries around the world, Austria's homegrown architects have developed a unique and symbiotic relationship of international significance between contemporary architecture and cutting-edge viticulture—moving out of garages to elegant exposed-concrete structures and well-designed wooden stalls, and setting the stage for the creation and optimized production of fine wines for stylish wine-tastings. The Austrian Winery Boom presents more than 40 of these projects in a strikingly designed exhibition from the Architekturzentrum, Vienna.
