Not the government's job to sit in the passenger seat and instruct us. If you want to do something stupid go for it. For all the people who say 'what about the other drivers?' remember they are all aware of how dangerous driving a vehicle is and they have accepted the risk.

@BondDrivingSchool Actually, a recent study indicates that accidents have been reduced by 80% percent lately because of serious advertising campaigns that involve the important role of seat belt. And that's in US. In our country people still have a problem wearing that, especially young people.
