Matt's Sample Diet:
Meal 1 (3:30 a.m.) 1 cup oats, 2 scoops protein, 2 tbsp milled flax seed, 1/2 cup blueberries, 6 egg white omelet (includes spinach, tomatoes, green and red peppers, and low fat mozzarella cheese), 2 USPlabs PRIME

Pre-workout (5:00 a.m.) 2 scoops USPlabs Jack3d, 3 PowerFULL capsules 5 grams BCAA

During workout (~6:00) 5 grams BCAA

Post workout (~ 7:00) 5 grams BCAA

Post workout (~7:30) 2 scoops whey, 80 grams maltodextrin, 1 tbsp honey

Meal 2 (10:00 a.m.) 6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, broccoli, 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 apple, 20 almonds, 2 USPlabs PRIME

Meal 3 (1:00 p.m.) 6 oz salmon, 1 cup brown rice, broccoli, 1 tbsp macadamia oil, walnuts

Meal 4: (4:00 p.m.) - 6 oz chicken breast, broccoli, pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp superfood

Meal 5: (7:00 p.m.) - 10 egg white omelet (includes spinach, tomatoes, green and red peppers, and low fat mozzarella cheese and 1 cup black beans, 2 USPlabs PRIME

Meal 6 (~9:00) - 1 cup oats, 2 scoops protein, 2 tbsp milled flax seed, ½ cup skim milk, 1 tbsp superfood
