Query: What is the difference in difficulty between writing with your setup and writing with Famitracker or MML?

I've never tried to make a song with MML, but neither FamiTracker nor Fruity Loops are difficult to use. FL is definitely more convenient for me, though: I can make stuff a lot faster with it, whereas I feel more confined creatively when I'm using FamiTracker. Still, both programs are fairly easy to use; I just prefer FL over FamiTracker.
