It's been several months since the incident at the mansion. Since then STARS has been disbanded and only two operatives remain in the city, Jill Valentine and Brad Vickers.

However, the outbreak of the T-Virus has reach and infected the entirty of Raccoon City. The RPD and Umbrella's own UBCS Corp have been sent to quel the outbreak with no sucess. Now it is up to Jill Valentine to escape the city alive and tell what has happened here.

But there is something else in the city more dangerous then Zombies...
