Very theatrically smooth delivery. Almost had me believing you were just making it up as you went a long. Nice pauses. i tend to rush through things when i am reading so admire your discipline.

Jane, it is 4:25Am here, and I just caught your reply to my comment.
If you don't mind, I'm going to go ahead and post this poem on my blog as well, as it sort of ties in well with my theme of unrequited Love, or at least admiration for someone who is in politics here in the US. You can check it out if you like. You know, esquire painting blogspot

This exceeded initial expectations and by the 2nd or 3rd line I was really hooked. Is it a poem, is it a monologue or are they just idle thoughts? The ambiguity in pinning this down is part of this works charm, the rest of the charm was in its delivery. An unexpected little gem. Thank you. Such understated works of art always seem to remain in my mind long after the experience of seeing and hearing them.

Your comments as always are most heartily appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to watch and give feedback. This poem reflects where I am in my life at the moment (the same goes for all of my recitals on here at the time of recording) which helps enormously to affect an authentic delivery. Thanks again.
