As a fighter of Setia Hati Terate we have to be STRONG! DETERMINED!
Its not a matter of how strong your body is, or how good your technique is, but it is a matter of how HARD you can STRUGGLE through obstacles and challenges in life. Defeated, cheated, lose, are natural things, but the difference is whether you can RISE and make another BLOW in the future.

He said those thing, hurt, injured, accident is usual thing in his categry (ganda). i've ever seen twice, a pesilat injured in double category.

The challenge is... to bare and overcome the pain of defeated, losing...or injury trauma. it not easy to manage. People shown in this video were struggle over that.

But i think thats part of silat, thats part of the game, sport... that teach us how to overcome obstacles in life. like the elderd always said

in 2006 in the ASEAN University Games (AUG) he injured during the play. In the Ganda (double) category, Agus's knive were stumble over his jaw, blood raining but they both keep playing until the end. (ganda category perform 3 minutes, and as far as i remember, Yanto injured in 1.30'). In the corner paramedic running take care of him, all teams were scared, but fortunately he's OK and they got 1st winner.
