Very interesting - thank you very much. In the UK, the K5 is currently much cheaper than the D7000 and I'm absolutely certain I could get excellent images with either. My only slight concern is the availibility of a suitable and affordable ultra wide-angled lens for landscapes. If I can resolve this question I'll probably buy the K5 very soon. Any advice would be welcome. Keep up the good work.

Thinking about switching from my 5DII to a K5 and have a question: does anybody make an adapter to hang a Canon EF mount onto the Pentax? I've looked around and I can only find adapters that go the opposite direction. 'Not a huge deal, as I would be getting Pentax lenses. However, I have a Lensbaby composer that I like to play with (and I mean that literally -- it's a toy). So, I'd rather spend $20 on an adapter that lets me keep using the one I have, and not spend ~$200 for a new Pentax mount
