    Italian tomato is a whole other thing!

    I take out the seeds with the serum because of the tomato sauce is too liquid and make acid. A good canned tomato sauce can easily replace the fresh tomatoes .. but will become "spaghetti sauce"! Greetings from Rome!

    i use italian tinned chopped tomatoes with tomato puree to make mine... the tomatoes we have in england are not so good ;-)
