Manjula, you are a life saver and an inspiration. I've always wanted to get my kids to appreciate Indian food. My Mom was an amazing cook but died too early and I didn't get a chance to learn much from her. Your demos and methods are easier to follow than all my cook books. Thanks so very much.

Manjula Ben, I noticed you did not use any baking powder or soda. I guess the rice flour makes it crispy. I think it is good not to use baking soda. Good recipe. Thanks. We can also use raw bananas sliced thin sideways. It tastes yummy.
