Since 2004 when Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer deftly framed environmental issues as concern for the State's hunters and fishermen, a green/camo alliance has tantalized progressive strategists. At this year's DNC, the Wildlife Defense Fund sponsored an event unveiling their I Hunt, I Fish and I Vote campaign, an effort to marshal hunters and anglers towards supporting a progressive climate agenda. The same morons that think global warming is a myth also think there is no such thing as nuclear fallout. Anyone wanna go back and look up The Great Dust Bowl in american history. Just as farmers and commerce had to be taught how to care for the land,so shall the naysayers of global warming have to be taught how to treat there environment as well. It's amazing these same people complain about carbon monixide,and water pollution,but don't think the same about global warming.

i think taht videonation is just a way to post left-wing propoganda. and with every issue they somehow put guns into the issue as a problem. most people who dont like guns live in a safe enviorment. well people who cant live in a safe place need a weapon to protect their family. i guess being an ignorant person who wants our guns taken away is always easier. even though irresponsible people kill other people, not guns.

Very true. I fish, and a large reason I enjoy it, is because I enjoy being out in the natural environment. Environmentalism is in my own best interest as a sportsman.

That's a naive argument. Many trophy hunters also actively support conservation of wildlife via excise taxes, trophy fees, private donations by their NGOs, as well as doing wildlife habitat management for game and non-game species on their private lands. They are directly responsible for many wildlife comebacks, so they aren't all worthy of disdain.
