boston's equivalent is porter sqaure, easily the longest escalators in new england!

Bethesda is the 2nd longest escalator which is longer than this one. Wheaton holds the title.

just south of woodley park, if u look on google maps, is rock creek valley, which cuts deep into the city. rather than using toronto's method of constructing bridges over deep valleys between tunnels, WMATA decided to use deep bore tunneling and go under the valley
