Chibuu Phan guides you to some of the exercises to get your 6 pack cut and ripped, getting you ready for the summer to show off your beach body to all the ladies...
Make sure you do these exercises at least 3 times a week. It would take you approximately from 15 to 30 minutes to get the whole routine down in one workout session. Perform each exercise with proper form and take your time to maintain good quality.

  • Thanks for the comments everyone. When I was 11, I was a little chubby kid but not a skinny kid or over weight, well maybe within 5 to 15 lbs :) Ever since I turned 12 I started playing all kind of summer sports and then start taking martial art (Taekwondo). Around the age of 16 or 17 then I started to workout using my body weight such as sit ups push ups... then 20 comes I started to use a little bit of weight training here and there and incorporated into my martial arts workout...

    BTW i have 3 weeks doing this, and now i can see my abs :D tyvm dude!

  • U the man. I like using your exercises, rather than that Mike chan guy. Your not a poser, your doing exercise for yourself and nobody else. I have my own reason for starting training, and I hope that I can get to your level some day. I like the way you finish you video saying "stay fit, saty healthy and enjoy your life".
