On this tour (around the same time anyway, 2006)he stopped in Albany NY and did one of the best shows Ive seen him do. (and Ive seen plenty). He had it together, and did great renditions.

Jack HATES camera flashes! He'll stop the show because of it.

I know about the flash situation. I got to the gig before the show and took a few stills with a flash. He let me, and later the rest of the crowd, know that flash was not a good idea. During the show, the stills I shot were done on a fast setting so I wouldn't have to use the flash.

Saw him in Okemah at the Woody Guthrie Festival a couple of years ago....up way late....for heaven's sake don't take a camera with flash near him (as one fan did) he forgets, cusses and starts the song from the beginning.

Nice to see some Ramblin' Jack Elliot in YouTube. He seems to be in a rather good shape for his age.
