Forbidden Island Tiki Bar Alameda, CA. promo, spot commercial

This is a promo commercial spot I shot in 720p HD at 24 fps, for the Forbidden Island Tiki bar in Alameda CA. I also did the editing, color grading, color correction, and finishing as well as the motion graphics on this piece. Kristian Wralstad did second HD camera and, we both directed different segments of the piece together.

San Francisco bay area, jazz and blues singer and performer, extraordinaire Lavay Smith appears in the opening shot of the commercial in the infamous Mortisha Adams fan chair sipping on a pretty, fu-fu, F. I. drink!

Lavay also appears in our film "The Forbidden Island" which has the same name as the bar. She plays a lounge singer in the film and sings the unforgettable Etta James classic tune "An Occasional Man". The film should be out in a month!
