@danieltij3 yer it is, if your a beginner do about 10 reps. it's good cause it's basically similar to bench press/ dumbbell press.

WRONG TECHNIQUE. Your position on the machine was all wrong, you were seated too low and even more worryingly your hands were wrongly positioned with your wrists too low and your knuckles facing upwards instead of forwards. Terrible demo.
