@DigitalDiamonds I LOVE 50's music (thanks to my dad!) and somehow I missed a lot of these great non-do wop singers. I just followed your suggestion of "Whattcha Gonna Do.." OMG! WHAT a great tune!! THANKS!! Only bad thing is, no one I know knows how to stroll or swing/jitterbug very well!

I'm a great fan of Chuck Willis, and have almost worn out my copy of Let's Jump Tonight. One song that really grew on me was "Whatcha Gonna Do When Your Baby Leaves You". Now I knew ang liked the song since I was a child and heard it on radio, but it grew to be one of my favorites by Chuck.
Oh, I like all the rest too but this one has been growing on me for over 50 years.

Must be blind or need a editor. LANGUAGE.No I am not another Felix Unger sans the Odd Couple television show.

Must edit my comment. If we have nothing left in the good old USA we still have our langage. Protect it. Going away baby, oh YEAH. Corrected. C.C. Rider, arguably the best rock/roll song ever. Chuck Willis, unappreciated and not given his due as an artist.RIP Chuck Willis and pass the "Orange Driver", Detroit style.

@rcjohnsob That's Daddy G on sax.
I'm glad to see that someone else mentioned "the stroll". I can't hear this song and not think of when that was the "cool" thing to do at dances, especially to this song. I mean, it's "made" for the stroll. Also, it's one damn good tune, too. So, all you old farts, like me, get up and see if you can still do it. Ole Chuck Willis died too soon. RIP
