Who said Shaolin Kung Fu was the best. Why then is Tai Chi called the Supreme Ultimate? This beautiful woman's transforms are marvelously smooth and balanced. Yes, she does not look like a martial threat, but that smooth, sensitive balance is what would be reading anyone she touched. She would be very adept at uprooting an attacker. Note her vertical spine, the head held up as she moves "as if suspended from above". It would be a mistake to underestimate her.

*3 Internal Harmonies

1.)The Heart or (desire) harmonizes with the intent.

2.)The intent harmonizes with the Qi or vital energy.

3.)The Qi harmonizes with the physical strength.

*3 External Harmonies

1.)The elbows harmonize with the knees.

2.)The shoulders harmonize (coordinate) with the hips

3.)The hands harmonize with the feet.

@dogooda12 In no way, shape, or form am I arguing the fact that Bruce Lee wasn't a martial artist lol. It ticks me off that people who claim to know him very well (John Saxon, Chuck Norris) would say that they don't know if he was actually a martial artist, or whether or not he could whoop their asses. Shame on them.

@improv113 Jackie is a stuntman and very talented. Bruce Lee was a student of Wing Chun's Grandmaster Ip Man and studied other various kung fu styles and then developed his own concept Jeet Kune Do. Bruce Lee was clearly a martial artist. And any one who says otherwise doesn't know what they're talking about.

@dogooda12 and why do you say that? Just because I play in front of an audience or take requests does not make me a real musician. For some reason, people say that Bruce Lee was not a real martial artist either

@daveygrokit Not to troll, but just because the band is called Queen, doesn't mean they're royalty. Supreme Ultimate doesn't in any way describe the philosophy behind each movement. Control over a situation does not only require physical balance and grace; it requires mental and emotional control as well. It requires complete emptiness of want. That is why I think many people consider the philosophy of Shaolin more effective. A tree stands graceful and lithe, but even it will fall to an axe.

@Oparmeste Jackie Chan would more likely either join her in doing the form or offer comments to help her improve what she already knows.
