*Who's Crying Now*

This is another of my favorite Journey songs and little did they know when the guys wrote it how appropriate it would be to describe the current Journey or should I say the UnJourney. So...who is crying now? Not Steve I bet! All the texts are my own opinion. Do you agree or disagree? I have yet to be proven wrong. This one has the lyrics included as well! Enjoy! Steve destroyed the original band with his ego, plain and simple.

Is Journey the same without him? Hell no, but then again, Perry isn't shit without Journey either. It is what it is........the band had some awesome songs but the band run it's course and now, it's over..............move on.

HUGE Perry fan, but here's my take...the new guy (AP) can sing fine and he's young and got energy BUT, when I listen to him "mimic" Steve's versions of the old songs we love, where's the passion, emotion, feel for the song???? You can try to imitate that, but it just isn't the same. I can't listen to it, makes me literally sick. Also, gotta say it...THE STAGE PRESENCE...Perry was sexy as H___, and that's TOTALLY gone. Sorry, but Journey was just a GREAT back up band for Steve Perry!

Never a better group than with Steve Perry, he's the man. But sometimes certain personalities clash, it's too bad, but that's how it goes, sometimes. The dynamics can never be the same with Steve Perry, but the guy they have now is pretty good, too. But Steve Perry made every girl in the 80's want him lol!

The guy they found to replace Perry is amazing and a very nice seeming fellow. His vocals are good and sound 90% or even more like Perry. The problem for me is not if Arnel can exactly duplicate Perry, but whether or not "Journey" can or ever will write any more great songs of their own to perform. All I'm hearing from them is all their old material. It appears they have simply become a cover group for their own band. Now they need to search the world and web for an amazing song-writer. *****

I most definitely agree!!! No Steve Perry, no Journey, PERIOD !! And yes, I'm gonna say it, I am Filipino and I don't think Arnel is not anywhere near up to par with Steve, I don't care what anyone says !!
