    It's funny, but in Chicago the Yuppie-whites gentrified the project-blacks right out of the projects. That land was prime, being so close to the lakeshore.

    Yes, it would make a great song for a movie. For some reason I always think of George Jefferson when I hear this song. I thought Mr. Jefferson was cool. And I'm a middle aged middle class white guy! You rock Mr. J., you rock.
