Skirt & Fan Fusion!
Director of Divine Chaos Tribal, Shannon, combined her two most favorite and signature props into Skirt & Fan Fusion, which focuses on skirt technique and the grace of fan! She is joined by Tiffany and No-El as they come together in a unique collaboration of props and troupes! Shannon will be teaching this Skirt & Fan Fusion at Plaza de Anaya this session on Thursday nights!!

In this class we combine our two most favorite and signature props into Skirt Fan Fusion, focusing on skirt technique and the grace of fan! We will cover basic fan holds and techniques that allow the fan and skirt to become an extension of the performer and not just merely a prop. As well as arm and hand movement with fan, dramatic poses, along with opening, closing and snapping fans. This class is suitable for all; skirt fan fusion can offer a fun way to liven up your dance. This class includes steps and combinations designed to fit any style with layered movements, spins, and beautiful lines to emphasize grace, power, and precision. A general understanding of Improvisational dance is recommended as there will not be much time devoted to breaking down core knowledge moves. Please bring a fan and 25-yard skirt!
