I would love to get into the rug making buisness, but that course cost almost 2000. I guess it is off to barnes and noble for me and find something cheaper. What is the style of the type of rug making your doing. Doesn't look like most methods I found online i.e. hooked, knitted, woven. It looks more the type I would want to make (modern area rugs for like living and dining rooms). I want to know so I can more easily find books and dvd on the style.
@mjsmitsz - You won't find anything like this at B&N - and the training is 1500 range, plus your tool investment, which can easily add up to 3000 extra. Just for the record... I invested close to 12k for my training many years ago... This is going to be your least expensive entry point into this higher level of rug-making - perfect for modern style rugs.
