*Joe answers his phone*
Joe: Hey. Whats up?
????: Not much Joey Do you miss me yet? I miss you
Joe: Um Ya I sure do, Rina.
Kaarina: Joey whats wrong. Are you okay?
Joe: Um. Ya, just a little confused you did dump me last time we talked right? Because I dont know whats going on you just call me, and say that you miss me, like nothing even happened.
Kaarina: Joe, I think last time we talked, we both said some things that we didnt mean.
**FLASHBACK**
(Joe and Kaarina are taking a walk through the park. They hold hands. When an excited paparazzi jumps out of the bushes, both of them are surprised. They let go of each others hands.)
Joe: Whoa! Man, you scared me, what are you doing?
Paparazzi: Hey, Joe, is this your new girl? *snapping photos of the embarrassed couple*
Joe: What, no! Were just friends.
Kaarina: *Whispers in Joes ear* Please, Joe, can we just let it out? Its too hard keeping our relationship a secret!
Joe: *Hisses* NO. I mean it dude, were not together, now beat it!
Paparazzi: Whatever. At least I have a bunch of pictures. No one will buy your story, Jonas. Friends dont hold hands while walking in a moonlit park.
Joe: *rolls his eyes* come on. *snarls to Kaarina*
Rina: What the hell, Joe? Why cant you just tell people? Are you embarrassed of me? Do you want to break up?
Joe: Rina, no. I just dont want them intruding on us all the time thinking that they have the next top story. Joes new special lady and I dont want them to get the wrong impression.
Rina: *Dumbfounded* Wrong impression?! What the hell do you mean, wrong impression. Are we together or not Joe? Huh? Why dont you explain what its like in Joseph land?
Joe: No, baby, I just meant-
Rina: Dont baby me, jackass. I cant believe you. So tell me, is there something you would like to tell me? Someone you would like to tell me about?
Joe: WHAT?! No! Rina, I cant believe you would assume that!
Rina: Whatever then. Dont tell me. Were over, Joe. Done. *stalks away*
Joe: *sits down on the ground and puts his head in his hands* whispers: what just happened?
*The paparazzi guy jumps out of the bushes again, pushes end on a recording device, and snaps a shot of Joe with his head in his hands.*
Paparazzi: Yaya, boi, Im gettin a raise today! WHOO!!!!
Joe: I hate you people. *sighs and walks home*
**END FLASHBACK**
Joe: Kaarina, We both said some pretty harsh things, but I think that it truly would be easier for both of us if we just stayed friends.
Kaarina: Oh Joe if were going to stay friends, I want to apologize for everything I said that night. Im so sorry I didnt mean it. I was just confused.
Joe: Its okay. Im sorry too I gotta go though. Talk to you later.
Kaarina: Bye, Joe.
*They hang up*
(Joe massages his temples and falls back onto his bed)
*The Next Day.*
Annes POV
Im getting ready for my date with Nick. OOH, look at me just calling him Nick. Yep, thats right, me, Anne Martin, I have a date with the one and only, NICK JONAS! AHHH! So far, Ive got my medium wash skinny jeans, and black flats. Ooh.. hmm what next? He said casual Ill just go with an Aeropostale t-shirt deep breaths deep breaths Hell be here in ten minutes, but thats okay, because I can do this and NOT find some way to completely humiliate myself. I didnt eat any beans today I brushed my teeth, just the right amount of makeup I checked my nose for well ya I remembered deodorant and I have perfume. Ok! Im all good!
Annes mom: Anne, I think I see a black limo outside.
Anne: EEK! IM GONNA BE LATE!!!
Mom: Calm down, and go, honey. I love you, good luck!
Anne: Thanks, mom. Love you too bye!
(Anne runs out the door, pushes the button to the elevator a million times, and taps her shoe impatiently as soon as she gets inside.)
Anne: *muttering* come on, come on!
(Anne realizes that shes not actually alone in the elevator at this point. She gets to the lobby, blushes, apologizes, and shuffles out of the elevator, leaving the startled businessman.)
*Annes phone rings*
Anne: *checks the caller ID* Hey Nick, are you here?
Nick: Yup, Im in the lobby, but you might not be able to find me. Im wearing a disguise!
Anne: *laughs* Ok
Nick: I want you to know this I can see you, but you cannot see me!
Anne: Wow thats a really creepy thing to say, haha.
Nick: Well, ya. *tiptoes up behind Anne and taps her on the shoulder* Hello, miss. Looking for someone?
