I like many of the new Gospel songs, but every once in a while you gotta go back, I grew up with this and the like singing in the choir, puts that soul back in and pulls out the modern musical hooks studio editing etc. found in todays music, and you just "sang", thanks for the post

WOW..TAKES ME BACK TO HIGH SCHOOL. I WAS LIVING AT THE TIME WITH A FAMILY AND PAM WAS A 1ST SOPRANO AND I WOULD GET HOME AND SHE WOULD BE HITTING ALL OF THOSE HIGH NOTES. THOSE WERE THE DAYS. NOW BISHOP WALTER HAWKINS IS UP THERE IN THE HEAVENS WRITING SONGS AS TRAMAINE SAID....COULDN'T HAVE ANYONE ELSE DO THIS SONG. I WOULD HAVE LOVED IF TRAMAINE SUNG IT WITH LYNETTE.

Knowing that this was the heart of my pastor, Bishop Walter L. Hawkins I must commend him for his obedience in conveying this message in such way with his family. It has stood the test of time. I love how the sincerity of this song has been the underlying principal of ministry of the fisherman's net. I was drawn into that arch of safety as a child and had the reassurance of my salvation @ a Walter Hawkins Crusade in the 70's while in my teens. Thank God for his ministry of sharing Christ.
