In this video, we do a time lapse over a 2-day period of filming. Because of sole separation in the shoes, we were not able to film and sea glow the Cool Greys for prolonged periods of time.
As a result, the first day consisted of about 1.5 hours of filming, and the second day consisted of about 1 hour of filming. In the end, I compressed the entire time lapse into 1 minute of film.
Results of the Sea Glow:
We'll address this in the next video, but to be honest, there were minimal results on the clear sole when we used the sea glow process. You might barely notice a shade or two in the change of color. However, we were able to capture other information such as the sole separation in the shoe.
Unfortunately, shoes that have been sea glowed in the past, like these Cool Greys, lose sea glow effectiveness over time. In other words, constant sea glowing will bring about diminishing returns.
Surroundings affecting Sea Glow:
We'll talk about this topic in a later video.
can you sea glow the mesh guys?

I heard if your sole has already seperated that you should seaglow the sole while separated because you can seaglow both sides of the soles so the soles will be really icey
AA1891 10 months ago
@AA1891 There's a chance of the soles warping or the glue not sticking well when you try to reattach it.

@restoremysneakers soles warping? what do you mean by that? and cant you just scrub off the seaglow afterwards and then apply the glue? i heard E6000 works really well
