How many nukes does it take to kill one another.....far less then either side has..so frankly making the amount that each other(USA and Russia) currently has was a complete waste of natural resources and state cash. All these nations should make a huge plutonium pit out of all the fissile material from all of each others weapons combined and launch it at the moon...Hooray look what humans can do!!!!!!!!!
