Yes Darwin did not explain everything about biology and his theory has been refined and made additions to (like the Handicap hypothesis).

Just like our theory of the Earth as a Sphere as been made additions to and refined.

There are just as much evidence for evolution as there is for the round Earth. But as the evidence is in the ground it is not as intuitive for ignorant people to understand it. Those that argue against it ALL have religious agendas.
