Graphics don't matter! There, I said it! And while having a visually striking game is great, it isn't always needed when dealing with a fun and exciting game.

Nintendo doesn't focus on graphics because there games aren't realistic first person shooter games. So why waste there time with that when there audience don't care for it? its a matter of personal preference, if you prefer realistic first person shooter get an xbox or ps3. Graphics don't apply to nintendo fans because they like puzzles, story line and original games.

I have played pretty good looking shit, and I have played 8 bit shit, I played 8 bit wondrous joy, and I have played 1080p phenomenal experiences, but here is the thing: if you allocate so much of the budget on the graphics, the rest of the game will suffer, good looking is a bonus to a game not a experience that replaces thought out game design.
