Coilover adjustment

Little tutorial on how to adjust a coilover. These are my recently purchased Function/Form coilovers. I currently have Tein SS (Super Street) coilovers in my Accord but they were too pussy for me so I thought I'd make a change in the suspension.

One thing I should note... That was a big mistake. The F2s I got were terrible and I ended up going back to my Teins.

how do you turn the one that touches the sring down. it wont budge. if i try super fucking hard and can raise it, but i dont want to raise it, i wanna lower my car. i only have two of those spinny things. not three like all the ones im seeing on videos. theres two and i can move the bottom one, but the top one will not fucking lower

@barekantspel789 There's a chance that your coilover threads are just really dirty and need to be cleaned. Soak the perches in WD40 or some other lubricant for a long time before attempting to lower them, and make sure the area is very clean. The perches may be seizing to your shock body so that's a possibility. Good luck!

@RG5EX11 If you look at the coilovers in this video you'll see the two rings directly below the spring. When you preload the suspension you essentially spin the rings up to compress the spring a bit.

@Brendon00000 Horrible damping on the shocks. The product itself has potential but the shocks are seriously a joke.

im working on lowing my cb7 and im not sure how the camber works any info on that? i know i need the sliding ball joints but how do you know if you have it just right? thanks for any info :)

@barekantspel789 yeah thanks man. unfortunately, i figured out that the hard way. it was, in fact, dirty, and hard to spin. but, ive got a new problem. the description for these springs, everywhere i saw them, said these springs would drop the car 2.5 inches... yet i install them and the front is hardly lowered, and the back looks exactly the same. i have no clue what is wrong.
