190 countries and the United States has bases in 130 of them. That is what this video said. Sounds like America is an Empire. America is and has been an empire ever since the federal reserve was created. Now with a military so powerful that when compared with other countries, it would take 15 other nations to equal the size. And if it were not for nuclear weapons, no country would be safe from an attack from America. America wants to make a missile shield. Russia has a right to be worried.
