  • will this barbell training burn of belly fat???

  • @915olivares11 You will be shocked if i tell you....YES DEFINITELY...the next morning the muscles that were sore the most were the ABS (belly) ;)

  • You're not that bulky and using "not so heavy weights" so It really proves that .. Light weights + more reps = tone body? pls answer asap Thanks

  • @blogJM These weights you mention are not so light ;)

Its always better to use your body weight in exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups,dips and crunches (or sit-ups) but try this video's program with light weight dumbbells (up to 5 kilos) for a week and avoid eating any sugar and fat containing foods like Coca Cola, french fries, pasta, bread, red meat and any kind of sweets...in one week only by following this program every day you will feel and see results :)

    PSIt is totally your responsibility!

  • @foreverbefree2

hey dude, what foods can i eat after a work out???

  • @MalpaisLegate 12 years

  • for how long have u been doing this training barbell???

    is it good results???

  • That's a pretty good workout you have going there but I have a couple of suggestions. For one, try to dedicate 2 sessions a weeks focusing on full arm, chest and shoulder workouts with heaver weights (no offense but i'm 14 and i'm using 10kg in my 5 workouts a week regularly). You should also try to not swing as much when using the weights because i'm fairly sure that that will eventually injure your back. Otherwise, keep doing what your doing.

  • @foreverbefree2 hey dude how many years you been working out?
