Interact is a very generic word. In the sense that it doesn't define the direction of flow of data/ who initiates a call to another. Actor, in this case Database, may be invoked by the system. So, the database would still 'interact' with the system but not use the system. The Database is being used by the system, in this case.
My focus was not the 'goal' of the interaction but on who uses, i.e initiates the call with, whom.
Actor wrongly defined. In the vid( ~ 1:34). Actor is defined as somebody/something who has a goal in using the system. An actor may not use the system at all, but may be used instead! For example a Data Base system may be simply be used by the system as opposed to having a goal "in using the system".

I'm a programmer about 10years but i think allmost UML diagram just a joke ! They're simply waste your and your team's time for nothing .
