I've just tried sending Lydia kill him for me and I wasn't caught, somehow!

Yet when I send her to kill anyone else, the guards always find me. Was it a glitch? O.o

Damn Heimskr. Completed the stormcloak questline hoping he would shut up, and of course he keeps FUCKING PREACHING!

@Aliennumber6 I don't think he respawns. I killed about 200 in-game days ago and he hasn't returned. Also, his coffin appears in whiterun's hall of the dead after a few in-game days.
