You talk to a bartender in Elysium that speaks of Melphina. Then at world map Berechevaltelle appears and you have to go through an south exit, then you have to get through some sidequest area called crookfen to get access there that appears after you go through Berechevaltelle. oooh whatever you do however don't kill the remnant in this city or the music will change to the athlum one after the sword remnant dissapears and that sucks for sure
