I use to work fo Bally total fitness. our goal was to sell you membership you didn't really nead or ever use. Gym memberships are a luxury and i don;t recomend ruining you credit. find resources in your area that will allow you to workout. Hey! but if you love the meat factory and like getting off on other people working out, go for it!

diversify you protein and you'll see more results. also, you need some good fats inthere too like olive oil or other unsaturated fats

I wake up and drink whey protein 3 scoops, 2 hours later plain oatmeal mixed with 2 scoops of whey protein, 2 hours later broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and 2 scoops of whey protein. 2 hours later some dry shredded wheat and a table spoon of flax seed oil, 2 hours later I wing it, maybe some poultry like chicken, some more shredded wheat or re fried beans, than a protein shake before bed.

why are some of my muscles not sore after working out? i workout intense, good nutrition and not overtraining! (forearms, lats and shoulder)

You know what? I cut off french fries completely and lost 5kgs! I went from 85kgs to 80 kgs. That's 11 pounds in imperial units. Just by not eating french fries! It's only been about one month plus!
Listen to Scooby! I did! The small changes works! I use to go on a vegan diet only to later go back on it! Now I am sticking using small steps! THANKS Scooby! Keep those videos coming!
