  • can u still recover properly if u missed the 30 minute window after an intense run ?

and btw willhilsman im 5"6 and i weigh 110 pounds and im breaking records at my highschool .....

  • @willhilsman haha your so dumb.

  • YOU ARE GOING TO DIE WILLHILSMAN

  • lol u scoundrel @willhilsman

  • Willshilman ur an idiot u need food to get energy proteins for muscles. And btw 6"5 and 92 pounds you must be relly skinny that u will die

  • @willhilsman so, so your telling me AND the rest of the world to starve yourself and expect to finish a race? you need fat so you have something to burn. think and get your facts before you type idiot....

  • Are you trolling?

You need nutrients from food for energy and repair after you trained.

    And 6'5 92 Ib?

    that's anorexia

Do you look like a freakin stick figure?

  • but thats not what your body is made for!

if you didn't eat.... just to get better in climbing - your an idiot and you're not a honorable cyclist!

you always have to eat..... and train hard.... thats the only way to lose weight, but you shouldn't change your body to get better.... you should improve your body!

see.... if you're a fat guy.... no prob, but you shouldn't lose weight.... you should go an an the track or whatever!

  • Eating? eating makes you fat. You shouldn't be eating on days that you train/race. I'm 6'5 and 92lbs and can climb extremely well. I didn't get this good by eating food.
